Payment
Can be made
by any major credit or debit card listed at the bottom of each screen using the
internationally recognised and supported Worldpay secure payment system.
Payment will be debited from your account when you order, i.e. before the
despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is
within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure but, in the
absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you
may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you
provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Warranties
Warranty For Supplied Only Systems
Supplied
only air conditioning systems come with a 5-year parts only warranty, apart
from portable air conditioning systems that come with a one year warranty. To
receive this warranty the product must have been used and maintained in
accordance with the manufactures instructions provided. If a system component
becomes unserviceable the customer is required to return the faulty component
to Comfortable Climate Limited. We will send the customer a replacement for the
faulty component "Free Of Charge" and reimburse the customer any
shipping charges.
The
warranty will be void if the customer has incorrectly installed the supplied
goods. Comfortable Climate Ltd cannot be held responsible if the failure of the
parts is caused by electrical supply, outside forces, storms, floods, power
failure or fire/smoke damage.
Supplied only portable air conditioning systems that develop
a fault within the first year we will uplift at our expense and repair or
replace as the manufacturer sees fit and then return the goods to you. It
is important that you retain the original packaging in case of any need to
return the goods.
Warranty for Fitted
Systems
Air conditioning products installed by Comfortable Climate
Limited carry a 5 year parts and labour warranty. Warranty for fitted installations
is dependant on the systems being serviced by ourselves at either a 6 or 12
month period, failure to have fitted systems serviced at the correct service
interval will void the warranty given by Comfortable Climate Limited.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be 100%
satisfied with your purchase. However, if within 10 days upon receipt you are
not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. Items will need
to be returned back to our distribution centre. Please email us
sales@comfortableclimate.co.uk or call us free on 0800 052 3455 for the return
address before you send anything back. You are responsible for the cost of
shipping the unwanted item back to the specified destination. All returnable
items must be in "as-new" with complete and undamaged packaging.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made at the
current price or the price at which it was purchased, whichever is the lower.
Less a 25% re-stocking fee. As stated the customer will be responsible for all
shipping and insurance for returned products.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your
privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully
(in accordance with the Data Protection Act). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order
and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* credit/debit card details - these details are not retained.
We will never collect sensitive information about you
without your explicit consent.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, it will be back
ordered for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait.
VAT
For all supply only customers in the UK - VAT is
charged at 17.5%, documentation is enclosed with the goods to confirm that VAT
has been charged. Goods dispatched to customers within the European Union that
have a valid EU VAT registration number and providing this Vat number is
supplied to us, will be supplied with goods without VAT being applied.
Under the Governments energy efficiency scheme installed systems
fitted to residential properties that meet the energy efficiency rating
requirements in heating mode, will be charged at a rate of 5% VAT as opposed to
17.5% VAT.
Dispatch & Delivery of Goods Deliveries to a UK address:
dispatch time is between 1-5 working days. This includes: England, Northern
Ireland, Scotland
and Wales.
We will contact you with a delivery date for your goods. Goods that cannot be
delivered at the first attempt and are returned to the depot will incur a
re-delivery charge of £40.00.
Delivery of goods to European destinations
will normally take between 3-5 working days for delivery. All other
destinations are on a quote only basis.
